Join our team of detail-oriented HVAC installation technicians. We're looking for an experienced and professional install technician to help our client's stay comfortable and healthy indoors. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and installing a variety of HVAC equipment, including indoor air quality, refrigerant, and control systems. You're comfortable referencing blueprints and manuals to solve complex problems and working with a team to safely and efficiently complete a variety of installations. Responsibilities
•Arriving to work on time
•Preparation before the job starts
•Speaking courteously to customers
•Attention to safety
•Properly pressurizing and evacuating systems
•Proper commissioning upon completion
•Complete paperwork and communication with the office
•Advise clients on how to properly maintain their new equipment
•Comply with all applicable standards, codes, policies, and safety procedures
•Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks
•Apply electrical testing equipment to check electrical circuits and related components
•Join pipes or tubing from the equipment to the fuel, water, or refrigerant source
Qualifications
•3 years of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical experience
•Clean driving record
•Reliable Transportation
•Good attitude
•Good communication skills
•Working knowledge of low voltage electrical wiring and high voltage connections
•Earned HVAC school degree and 2 years experience working in the field as an installer
•Great communication, math, and problem-solving skills
•EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification required
•Applicant must have high school diploma or equivalent
