Job Overview:
The Healthcare Account Executive is primarily responsible for selling a variety of ECC products, maintaining established gross profit margins across all sales as well as demonstrating accuracy in forecasting and the delivery thereof.
Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

1.0 Uncover New Opportunities
1.1 Identify sales opportunities through current and developing networks.
1.2 Establish and effectively manage client pipeline.
1.3 Perform customer-site inspections, either physically or virtually, to gather minimum criteria requirements as per site-survey requirements.
1.4 Follow-up on all sales leads in a timely manner (weekly, monthly, quarterly, as defined by Department Manager).
2.0 Deliver Effective Proposals
2.1 Provide necessary space details to engineering team so that a competent project design can be derived.
2.2 Record accurate and detailed information in CRM software (e.g. contact information, site-location, and vertical market, etc.)
2.3 Prepare and submit customer proposals that effectively address the technology needs of the client.
3.0 Close and Hand-off Sales
3.1 Partner with project management team to deliver the scope of the proposed solution.
3.2 Execute seamless and timely communication with project constituents, including but not limited to the project management and engineering teams.
3.3 Meet and/or exceed sales targets established at the beginning of the fiscal year as per business plan.

· Proficiency in programs as MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook and CMR.

· Ability to work long hours, evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as required by the job.
Required Education and/or Work Experience
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Minimum of 1 year of experience selling healthcare related products and/or other technology.
· Proven track record of quota achievement and experience closing large (six figure) deals.
Preferred Education and/or Experience
· 5 years of direct sales experience in security, nurse call, telecommunication services or AV integration.
· Direct selling experience within the assigned territory.
Motor Vehicle Requirements
· Valid driver’s license.
· Proof of insurance is required for those who drive a personal vehicle for business.
Physical Requirements
