PaymentCloud is looking for a Partner Support Specialist to join our team. We are currently seeking -1-2 HIGHLY MOTIVATED candidates for our Partner Support Specialist position. You will be closely supporting our Indirect Sales department.
The ideal candidate will be computer savvy with a keen eye for detail. Understanding data confidentiality principles is compulsory. The company will rely on you to have accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.
This department is an essential part of our organization as it brings in new revenue streams and opportunities for our company to grow. We are looking for individuals who can be multifaceted and detail-orientated to excel in the job. You will need to possess good communication skills over the phone and via email to communicate directly and effectively with our team members and third-party relationships.
This position will provide the training and support to nourish the knowledge and growth required to take advanced roles in partnerships and relationship management. The Partner Support Specialist candidate is the link to enable the smooth running of the operations.
