PaymentCloud is looking for a Partner Support Specialist to join our team. We are currently seeking -1-2 HIGHLY MOTIVATED candidates for our Partner Support Specialist position. You will be closely supporting our Indirect Sales department.

The ideal candidate will be computer savvy with a keen eye for detail. Understanding data confidentiality principles is compulsory. The company will rely on you to have accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.

This department is an essential part of our organization as it brings in new revenue streams and opportunities for our company to grow. We are looking for individuals who can be multifaceted and detail-orientated to excel in the job. You will need to possess good communication skills over the phone and via email to communicate directly and effectively with our team members and third-party relationships.

This position will provide the training and support to nourish the knowledge and growth required to take advanced roles in partnerships and relationship management. The Partner Support Specialist candidate is the link to enable the smooth running of the operations.

Responsibilities:

• Sort and organize digital paperwork after entering data (ensure it is not lost)
• Digital record-keeping for existing merchant accounts
• Utilize office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Guru, and Adobe Acrobat daily
• Navigate multiple system interfaces to transfer information in a timely manner
• Understand processor and bank requirements to approve account applications
• Push back or negotiate with processors and banks when necessary
• Maintain up-to-date notes on all activities for each account

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in the merchant services industry
• Proven experience in a support role
• Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
• B.A. (or experiential equivalent) in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience

The hiring salary range for this position applies to California. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
