The Manncorp family of businesses is currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join their growing team in Hatboro, PA! This is not a remote position.

The Graphic Designer will apply art, design, and copy layout skills to create visually engaging concepts, including promotional and branding materials, both in print and digital media.

Daily tasks include creating graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as banner ads, social media posts, website graphics, direct mailers, magazine advertisements, etc. The Graphic Designer work will work closely with a group of highly creative individuals on the marketing team, including designers, videographers, social media experts, and content creators.

Our ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing to produce quality work with a high attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing team and others within the company to understand assignment, audience, and intended message.
• Create original visual media that communicates the desired feeling or message in an engaging and unified way.
• Choose graphics and stock photography, as appropriate; may enhance choices with simple drawings.
• Select fonts for written copy; produce layout for approval.
• Prepare drafts of design work and provide samples for review.
• Revise projects/tasks as necessary based on collaborative feedback process.
• Consult with Creative Director, VP of Marketing, and other team members as needed on complex or specialized projects
• Product and application photography, in-house or on location. Keep online product photos up to date and providing digital studio product shots for website, advertisements, eblasts, and print.
• Design social Media postings and content.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; major or significant coursework in Graphic Design or related disciplines
• Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and ability to multitask a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently on an assignment and collaboratively as part of the team, meeting deadlines and working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge in Social Media e-commerce (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Social Media trends and their impact on brand.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
