About Our Team:

Hours:
Approximately 20-40 hours per week, with some flexibility.
Compensation and Perks:
Competitive mix of commission and hourly pay, with opportunities for significant growth. Hourly pay may vary due to level of experience.

High Level Responsibilities:
    • Assist senior agents with client communications, scheduling, and property showings.
    • Manage property listings and update marketing materials.
    • Conduct market research and prepare property reports.
    • Support administrative tasks and maintain CRM records.
    • Assist with marketing campaigns and social media management.
Requirements:
    • Real Estate License: Must have or be willing to obtain a real estate license.
    • Skills: EXCEPTIONAL organizational and communication skills.
    • Availability: Willingness to work 30-40 hours per week, with occasional flexibility for evenings or weekends.
    • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Docs, including Sheets/Excel, CRMs preferred. You will also be introduced to and expected to become proficient in different programs used at Elegran
    • Team Player: Positive attitude, eager to learn, and ability to collaborate effectively and most importantly coachable.

Compensation is based on commission.
