SUMMARY

The world’s leading producer of fine and ultrafine enameled copper wire has a new opportunity for a full time, Developer/Analyst to join our dynamic team in Boscawen, New Hampshire.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Developer/Analyst working within a small team (6) supporting 100 users, $110 million manufacturing environment, and larger world-wide IT team in seven countries

Essential Functions

• Design, develop, document, analyze, create, test and modify computer systems, programs and integrations
• Apply system-analyst techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine software or systems functional specifications
• Research, evaluate and recommend solutions and appropriate technology to meet user and business needs
• Understand legacy systems, including Infor XA on iSeries and ADP cloud, to the extent necessary to support the maintenance and/or modernizing of such systems

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

· Ability to: Recognize and resolve system related problems; work independently and within the existing team; understand the big picture needs of the business and users

· Experience with Node.js, git, Azure DevOps and YAML pipelines preferred

· Experience with modern web technology including HTML, CSS and JavaScript a plus

· Experience with C#, Blazor, MVC, REST, .NET Core a plus

· Experience in designing and administering a SQL based relational database and with DB2 for iSeries a plus

· Experience in legacy system modernization, IBM iSeries, RPGLE a plus

· Strong analytical and logical skills

· Ability to work with all levels of users, management and within a small team environment

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in information systems related discipline, relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement
• Various levels of experience will be considered, with compensation commensurate
