We are looking for an experienced HR Leader to lead HR for our Life Sciences organization across the Americas & Canada. The HR Director will directly manage the Life Sciences HR Business Partnering team and partner closely with our Life Sciences Business Leader, and their leadership team to deploy our people strategy to drive overall business health and performance. This role will partner with our various HR COE teams to influence and deploy strategies in reward, recruitment, talent management and learning.

ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic business partner to the BU Leader and their leadership team, to consult on all people related activities in the pursuit of higher performance and engagement of our teams
- Manage the Life Sciences HRBP team, fostering a high performing and engaging culture in line with our values
- Identify and design progressive programs related to the engagement and development of our talent
- Proactively manage talent, ensuring we have the best leaders in place, and strong succession plans for the future
- Be a transformation leader across the organization, both in thought and execution
- Manage performance/salary management processes as well as our regular talent review cycle
- Conduct labor market/organization/talent analysis to inform our decisions for improving productivity, performance, and profitability (e.g. org upgrade metrics, turnover, performance ratings, exit interviews, etc.)
- Serve as Change Management consultant/Change agent, planning and deploying effective change management strategies, communications and training in support of major organization change
- Resolve employee relations issues when escalated
- 8 years' experience in a Human Resources Leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business, Organization Effectiveness or related field helpful
- Experience in leading HR for Technology organizations
- Strategic thinker comfortable giving consultative advice and challenging senior leaders
- Significant Talent Management and Development experience, with a proven record of improving business performance through effective Talent Management and Decisions
- Excellent organization, analytical, interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills
- Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and proven management skills
- Self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience developing and executing human resource strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively across many teams to achieve a common goal
- Proven ability to develop, engage and retain a high performing team
