ELEMENT BY WESTIN MINNEAPOLIS DOWNTOWN/NORTH LOOP
Job Title: Night Auditor
Shift: 11PM-7AM, weekend availability required
Reports To: Hotel Assistant General Manager
- Making our guests feel welcome and providing them with superior service
- Making room reservations and processing guest check-ins and check-outs
- Answering inquires pertaining to hotel services, guest registration, shipping, dining, and entertainment
- Explaining hotel specials, promotions, and brand loyalty benefit programs
- Posting charges to guest accounts, computing guest bills, collecting payments, and making change
- Operating a multi-line phone system and other electronic communications and office equipment
- Responding to and resolving guest concerns and issues
- Processing guest purchases from the hotel market
- Performing hotel department audits, resolving discrepancies, and completing audit worksheets
- Generating and distributing a variety of financial reports
- Assuming the responsibility of the Person In Charge during overnight hours
1-3 years of previous hotel front desk experience is preferred. This is an overnight shift from 11pm until 7am.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
