EXPERIENCE

• 6 years of experience in architecting the solutions in server, client, and cloud technologies, and should have in-depth knowledge in system development life cycle, software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and Patient services domain.

• 5 years of experience in architecting and implementing custom web, mobile, and integration solutions using .NET or similar stack.

• 2 years of experience in implementing solutions in salesforce.com platform such as service cloud/health cloud/marketing cloud/force.com, and MarTech platforms such as CDP/DMP/Marketing Automation Platform.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge in programming languages such C#, Python, REST APIs and database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, etc.

• Experience in implementing solutions involving Salesforce platforms (Service/Health/Marketing) in the eco system.

• Knowledge in DevOps concepts and experience in using CI/CD Tools.

• Proven experience in architecture roles including architectural principles, helping define the reference architecture, building technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy, and helping to institute governance to ensure alignment of investment to strategy/architecture.

• Proven experience in engineering, design concepts, algorithms, and experience in designing systems leveraging emerging or best-in-class technologies.

• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills that build trust and serve to positively influence partners and teammates.

• Should have good understanding in relationship between business processes, applications, databases, operating systems, processing platforms, storage platforms, security systems and networks.

• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills.

• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.

• Ability to manage time and deliver results across multiple workstreams in parallel.

• Ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge in a fast-paced business and technical environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building solutions in compliance with HIPAA, GxP regulations is preferred.

• Experience in enterprise architecture framework like TOGAF is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive consultation to stakeholders across business and BTS teams at the highest technical level on all phases of application programming and processes for diverse development platforms, computing environments.

• Define goals for technology components and frameworks including reference architectures, solution design and implementations for CRM/Data/Reporting/MarTech solutions, including, but not limited to Salesforce Service/Health Cloud, .NET, SQL Server, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform, Qlik, AWS, Tableau, Datorama, etc.

• Work with the Solutions managers, Product Owners, Solutions Architect, Business Analysts, and technical architect to prioritize, groom, design, and estimate the epics/user stories for the Salesforce & other platforms.

• Develop architecture & design for new business capabilities, build proof of concepts, demonstrate the solution to solutions managers, product owner and business leads, and obtain approval for implementation.

• Define and establish release & deployment strategy, including but not limited to configuration management, release management, code branching strategy in version control system, CI/CD pipeline, etc. using Azure DevOps, Tosca, etc.

• Create the integration design for websites, mobile applications, and other systems for engagement to exchange data with Salesforce/ Adobe suite of products.

• Own the Solution Design and Technical architecture, management and governance for Salesforce, Adobe suite of products and custom-built applications and databases.

• Conduct formal technical research and define adoption process to solve business problems and improve patient experience.

• Define migration strategy for migrating existing legacy applications (.NET, Veeva) to Salesforce.

• Lead the implementation of DevOps automation for Salesforce, Adobe suite of products and custom applications in collaboration with enterprise architecture team to gain productivity improvements and reduce the time taken to move the committed code to production.

• Demonstrate creative 'out of the box' thinking to solve difficult problems and champion new technologies to achieve project goals.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology providers, and other architects to develop technology and information architectures, strategies, and roadmaps.

• Independently responsible for technology within his/her area of expertise on multiple projects. Demonstrate mastery across a wide range of data and software engineering, including data warehousing, data integration, and software development.

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical business and utilize this knowledge in the rapid advancement of agile, impactful, and cost-effective solutions.

• Recognized and sought out as an expert in his/her discipline within the company and possibly externally.

• Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, including code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, data security, and the software development lifecycle.
