Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual responsible for producing products efficiently and with high quality. This role involves troubleshooting process issues, making necessary adjustments, and ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machines and equipment according to set standards.
• Conduct hourly checks based on product specifications.
• Perform specified functional testing throughout the shift.
• Record all quality data and test results accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production process problems; make authorized system changes.
• Notify appropriate individuals if problems cannot be repaired to maintain production.
• Perform and document daily preventive maintenance.
• Handle materials, including emptying and labeling boxes, managing color bins, handling scrap, and recording production and scrap data for assigned shifts.
• Maintain a well-organized and clean shop floor, adhering to all safety standards and regulations.
• Keep work areas neat and orderly, ensuring walkways and aisles are clear.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, such as sweeping and trash removal.
• Perform additional duties as needed based on skill and availability.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a production environment, particularly with products or similar items.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot process issues.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including material handling and equipment cleaning.
• Knowledge of safety standards and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Flexibility to perform other duties as required based on skill and availability.
