eper and analyst). * Coordinate month-end and year-end closing procedures. * Ensure timely preparation and distribution of monthly financial statements. * Participate in budget development and assessment, and produce relevant reports. * Establish and enforce quality control measures for financial transactions and reporting. * Maintain the integrity of the general ledger. * Utilize software applications to streamline account management. * Support the preparation and presentation of financial statements (daily, weekly, and year-end). * Monitor regulatory changes and compile compliance reports related to accounting standards. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. * Proven experience in financial auditing and technical accounting. * Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software. * Strong analytical skills for forecasting and financial analysis. * Effective multitasking and deadline management. * Excellent communication skills for team collaboration. * Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance. * Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables, and extensive experience in inventory control. * Proficiency in SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing) is required for this position.
