Element2 Group is Hiring a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician Near New Bedford, MA

We are hiring for Manufacturing Maintenance Technicians on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts!

Pay is $35-$40/hr depending on experience!

The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all manufacturing equipment and facilities. This role requires advanced technical skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to ensuring production efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems issues.
  • Repair and replace defective parts using appropriate tools and machinery.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior technicians.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
