DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!!

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring system for press downtime due to mold repairs and tracking repair durations.
• Evaluating mold conditions and taking appropriate action.
• Collaborating with other departments on tooling issues, providing shop floor technical support.
• Participating in root cause analysis for tooling issues and implementing preventive maintenance systems.
• Assisting engineering in monitoring new mold construction and maintenance schedules.
• Scheduling mold repairs to enhance mold quality continuously.
• Addressing customer complaints by collaborating with Sales, Quality Control, and Engineering.
• Supervising Tool Room personnel, including enforcing company policies, tracking attendance, assigning tasks, monitoring progress and quality, and conducting training sessions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Experience with tooling and tooling maintenance.

- Experience working with injection molds.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
