Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Duties:

- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments
- Perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order verification
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and RF scanners to move and store materials
- Assist in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Maintain organized records of all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the distribution center

Qualifications:

- Experience with shipping and receiving processes in a warehouse setting
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP software
- Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and RF scanners safely
- Knowledge of order fulfillment processes and distribution center operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
