Elements Massage - Kildaire Farm Rd is a new studio within Cary, NC. We provide a friendly, client focused environment where team members have opportunities to grow in their role and with the brand. Responsibilities

• Face of Elements Massage - Kildaire Farms Rd, whether on the phone or in the studio providing service with a smile and setting the tone are vital.
• Create an exceptional massage experience for every client every time they enter our studio.
• Informing all clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program and influencing clients to join.
• Ensuring the client appointment paperwork and payment process is seamless.
• Following-up with clients telephonically, email, or text regarding their upcoming visits and clients who have not visited the studio regularly.
• Posting and creating content on our company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Nextdoor) and following up with clients on these various platforms.

Qualifications and Skills

• The right candidate must have a great personality, be social and inviting, establish relationships quickly and know how to influence.
• Listening to client needs is paramount. The little details can improve the experience for the client.
• Being driven and proactive are critical for this role.
• Must be able to take an assignment and own that task and see it through.
• Must be able to listen to client objections and deliver solutions to those objections.
• Experience working with EHR/client booking systems at an administrative level is required.
• Being able to adapt to change quickly is important as we are a new small business and we are continuously evaluating how we can improve our experience for our clients.
• Having exceptional communication skills over various platforms such as:
• Phone calls
• Emails
• Text
• In person
• Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, Nextdoor, etc)
• Being able to navigate and use Google business suite is preferred (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs)
• Must be willing to learn new tasks and see them through and provide feedback to leadership regularly.
• Must be able to be productive and motivated with or without leadership present.
