Job Purpose:

Duties Include:

• Leading a crew of car wash attendants
• Ensuring high levels of customer service
• Directing cars through the car wash in an efficient and safe manner
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed
• Maintain chemical and supply inventory levels
• Opening/ closing facility
• Oversee productivity and quality, and ensure a positive wash experience for all customers

Qualifications:

• High School or equivalent education level
• Minimum 1 year of Leadership Experience or in an Assistant Manager role
• Stable work history
• Be a team player
• Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and great customer experience
• Knowledge of Windows-based computer systems
• Ability to work independently when required
• Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development

Physical Requirements:

The Assistant Manager is responsible for receiving deliveries, putting away supplies and handling containers of chemical. Must be able to be on his/ her feet for several hours, lift up 50lbs, and work outside in inclement weather year-round.
