How You Will Make An Impact
- Interprets and supports plan benefit design. Resolves complex claims, benefit, and enrollment issues.
- Makes routine account visits.
- Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions; and on-site facility visits.
- Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.
- Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Knowledge of WGS preferred.
- Knowledge of the Interplan Process.
- Proficient with Microsoft office products, especially excel & powerpoint
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Experience with SSCR and JIRA tickets.
Locations: New York, Colorado
