Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office) and must live within 50 miles of one of our Pulse Point office locations.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Provides leadership and strategic direction to ensure book of business meets profitability standards.
- Develops strategies to achieve assigned retention and upsell goals.
- Provide input to product development teams to develop new products and deliver them to the market constituents.
- Collaborate with Functional Leads and matrix partners in support of meeting all performance guarantees.
- Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
- Develops and motivates staff to achieve goals.
- Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 8 years of professional/leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Strong experience in managed care and behavioral health is highly desirable.
- Proficient in executing superior leadership strategies and remarkable management techniques.
