Sales Assistant II (Virginia Only)
Job Description:
Title: Sales Assistant II
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations.
The Sales Assistant II will be responsible for advanced administrative support to Group or Individual sales force.
How you will make an impact:

• Provides phone support.
• Processes mail and maintains supplies.
• Prepares and logs proposals.
• Researches and resolves moderately complex claim and benefit issues.
• Assembles and distributes open enrollment packets.
• Gathers, inputs, and tracks sales data.
• Generates sales reports.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team highly preferred.
• Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment highly preferred.
• Organizational and attention to detail highly preferred.
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks preferred.
