Strategy & Program Developer DirectorLocation: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.
The Strategy & Program Developer Director will be responsible for building the relationship of a business unit with internal partners to ensure growth and compliance.

The Strategy & Program Developer Director will be responsible for building the relationship of a business unit with internal partners to ensure growth and compliance.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Monitors related legislation and advises senior management.
- Researches new ventures and prospective revenue expansion opportunities.
- Assists in creating company's strategic and annual plans.
- Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.
- Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience including 5 years of leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Medicare experience strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working with cross functional teams preferred.
- Experience presenting information to Sr. leadership.
- Knowledge and experience in the products and services of the respective industry strongly preferred
- MBA preferred.
