Elevance Health is Hiring a Switchboard Operator I Near Los Angeles, CA
In this role, you will primarily work remotely from your home with flexibility to work in the office as needed. There may also be times you would be expected to go into the office for training, IT issues, team meetings or engagement activities.
The Switchboard Operator I will be responsible for receiving calls and responds to inquiries and requests for assistance.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Identifies problem, troubleshoots, and provides advice to assist callers.
- Understands the company's structure and how to direct the calls to the appropriate area.
- HS diploma or GED and
- Minimum of 3 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Schedule can change depending on quarterly metric ranking. Must be able to work 8-hour shift between business hours 8am - 10pm EST strongly preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $15.97/hr. to $23.95/hr.
