Job description:

We are a top producing real estate team looking to fill a real estate agent position with a motivated and organized superstar. The ideal candidate will have a drive for success, willingness to learn, and the ability to easily handle the landscape of a typical day in the real estate business which requires you to create systems out of chaos and juggle multiple projects efficiently. Our perfect fit will be organized, a creative thinker, and a true team player. You must be more than comfortable with technology and aren't afraid to learn new things. You will be playing a significant role in the success of the business and will take on this responsibility with ownership, commitment, and integrity. Real estate and/or marketing experience is preferred but not required. Must live within 30 minutes of Los Gatos. If this sounds like you, then we want to hear from you!

What We Provide:

Your Role:

· Engage new buyers & sellers and cultivate those contacts into clients

· Provide unbiased representation to our clients

· Manage clients directly through the deal flow with the assistance of the Team Leads

· Actively promote and engage with other team agents to grow market share and positive team reputation

· Engage and communicate with both buyers and sellers through multiple platform channels (in-app chat, voice and email)

· Advise clients on pricing, market conditions and terms to structure a winning transaction

· Guide clients through the transaction process from the ratified contract, through removal of contingencies to closing of escrow

· Actively work to promote the team within the region and local market

· Help create marketing campaigns, newsletters, postcards, etc.

· Maintain a constant presence on social media.

· Coordinate marketing events and client activities.

· Research and develop new systems that will benefit the team.

Skills & Experience Required:

· High School diploma with additional vocational or collegiate education preferred

· Expertise in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

· Excellent instincts, common sense, and judgment

· Excellent writing skills and keen attention to detail

· Good interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Proactive & solutions-oriented

· Responsive to client needs with ability to work under pressure and/or time sensitive deadlines

· Customer-advocate mindset and a commitment to delivering the best client experience possible

· Experience and comfort in using technology to communicate with clients and access market data

· Focused, driven and willing to do whatever it takes to be successful – there are no shortcuts in this business
