Position :

Pediatric Dentist Need

Office currently made up of 1 full time DDS and 1 part time- Busy enough for 2 full time!

12 OPS, 7 assistants, 1 hygienist, and 4 front desk workers - Digital Equipment

Busy Practice-$1.6 million in Billings for 1.5 DDS in 2022

2 days per week at Pleasanton and 2 in San Antonio

Current office hours Mon-Tue 8am-5p.m. Weds 8am-7p.m. Thurs 10am-5pm Fri-8am-5pm Sat 9am-1pm

Office has a team player focused atmosphere and Long Tenured staff with 5-10 years on average

Payer Mix 60% Medicaid and the rest PPO

Collection rate 99%

Offering :

Compensation is 35% Adjusted production / $1,300 Daily Guarantee-(this is calculated monthly) $10k sign-on

Option for 4-5 day work week- Total salary will range from $375k annually- $450k

Option to pick up additional shifts at Laredo Hospital that pays out to DDS on all services

50% Health insurance coverage for provider

PTO, holiday pay, license renewals, CE days Malpractice, smile life policy
