About the Position:
The Operations Analyst role is part of Elevate’s business intelligence team, who are responsible for statistics & analysis, business intelligence development and reporting, revenue management, expense management, and implementation of operational changes. This is a dynamic position, which requires critical thinking, a strategic mindset, prioritization and multi-tasking skills, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and most importantly a passion for optimizing our underlying business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
o Receive, review, and prioritize incoming work order tasks.
o Maintain a digital database and schedule for tracking tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
o Collaborate with internal staff and external vendors to schedule and allocate resources for all work order activities.
o Monitor progress and provide regular updates to relevant parties.
o Ensure all tasks are completed and closed out properly with appropriate documentation.
o Assign tasks appropriate staff and vendors based on skill sets and availability.
o Ensure that all assignments are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
o Communicate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services.
o Obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and select vendors based on cost-effectiveness and quality of service.
o Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliable service delivery.
o Coordinate vendor activities on-site with internal staff, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
o Organize and maintain all documentation and data related to task assignments.
o Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
o Streamline data management processes for increased efficiency.
