Description

Responsibilities

Strategy Development

  • Define, Develop, and drive comprehensive brand & go-to-market full funnel marketing strategies with a digital first mindset, clear business goals and clear KPIs in alignment with each brand’s mission, vision, positioning, and values. Lead marketing initiatives across B2B and B2C to hit metrics and growth targets by brand, by category, by region. 

Team management

  • Build and lead a cross functional team of marketing professionals. Provide guidance, set goals, and ensure the team’s performance and professional development. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. 

 Budget management

  • Manage the ski brands marketing budget, effectively allocating resources to various channels and campaigns to support brand and product initiatives and to achieve the best possible ROI.

 Campaign planning and execution

  • Plan, create an implement marketing campaigns at the intersection of digital and physical experience. Establish goals and KPIs for all of marketing based on historical or projected results, and tie back actual performance and pipeline growth. 

 Data analysis and reporting

  • Monitor, hindsight, and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, using analytic tools provide regular reports on KPIs such as awareness, engagement, web traffic, conversion rates, sell through velocity, and new customer acquisition.

 Website management

  • Partner with DTC team on digital consumer experience including global programming, and optimization to ensure it is user-friendly, and up-to-date to unlock full potential of the strategic growth driver brands. 

 Social media management

  • Develop and execute social media strategy & content strategy for organic and paid social. Oversee the creation of high-quality relevant content to drive increase brand visibility, brand love, and brand engagement with our existing consumer base as well as new targeted audiences across Meta, Twitter, Spotify, Youtube, and Snap to achieve specific metric driven results.

 Email marketing

  • Drive & Elevate email marketing campaign strategy and experience including segmentation, content creation, and tracking performance results.

Integrated Retail brand marketing

  • Drive best-in-class digitally lead strategy and directives for DTC and B2B retail partners that elevate storytelling, brand exposure, consumer experience, and impact.

 Innovation and technology

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing, trends, tools and technology is to ensure the company man's competitive and maximize the use of the greatest advancements in the field. 

Qualifications

  • Digital first mindset
  • strong, understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media platforms.
  • Consumer obsessed mindset
  • Passion for skiing and the outdoors with a deep understanding of the outdoor industry and consumer trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate a clear vision and purpose and inspire others to rally behind it.
  • Best-in-class leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze metrics, market, trends, consumer insights, and the competition.
  • Results-oriented mindset with focus on achieving objectives and KPI’s.
  • Self-starter with a proven track record to thrive in a fast pace, dynamic environment, managing

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
  • Metrics driven. 
  • 7 years of demonstrated success preferably in a similar industry.

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • May be required to lift 15-50 pounds occasionally

The Sr. FP&A Analyst is a critical role which will define, develop and drive brand enhancing, best in class, strategies for K2 Ski, K2 Snow, Ride, BCA, Volkl, Line, Marker, Dalbello Madshus, K2 Skates, Tubbs and Atlas. The Sr. FP&A Analyst will report directly to the CFO .
