4. Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring a steady flow of potential matches for current and future client needs.
5. Consultative Approach: Provide expert guidance to clients on market trends, candidate availability, and best practices in talent acquisition, fostering a consultative and strategic relationship.
6. Interview Coordination: Facilitate the interview process, coordinating meetings between clients and candidates, and providing constructive feedback to both parties.
7. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Assist in salary negotiations, offer acceptance, and the candidate onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition.
8. Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with candidates and clients, promoting Elevate Recruiting as the go-to executive recruitment partner.
9. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent demand to remain competitive and provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; additional HR or talent acquisition certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as an Executive Recruiter, with a focus in finance and accounting placements.
- Strong knowledge of the finance and accounting industry, with an understanding of roles and responsibilities in various sectors.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and attracting top talent through proactive sourcing techniques.
