Elevate Sporting goods is a local family owned and operated New and Used sporting goods store. We focus a lot on our hockey and ice skating community but we also buy, sell and trade all different types of sporting goods. As a smaller family owned sporting goods retailer we are focused on giving exceptional customer service to all customers and potential customers. We pride ourselves in creating a great local shopping atmosphere in store and highly value building long term professional relationships in all facets of our business.
The AM would assists in the leadership of store operations including building a successful team, developing customer loyalty, driving for results, and achieving goals set for the store. As needed to achieve success, an AM is responsible for motivating sales , managing the day-to-day operations of the store, maintaining up to date promotional material and hiring/training new staff. This position supervises others in shop and potentially helps with hiring, managing and developing / training in other areas/locations within the company. Assistant Managers will always act in accordance with Elevate Sporting’s policies, practices, and core values. The ideal candidate must have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and meeting monthly sales goals, be an excellent communicator and demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
