PRIMARY FUNCTION

Under the guidance of the Production Manager, the Testing Engineer would maintain and operation of

manual/automated test solutions for PCBA’s and Controllers, as well to testing & measuring equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Understand product specifications and experience in testing equipment's troubleshooting in ICT,

functional testers, measurement equipment’s like, Hi-pot tester, Inductance tester, spectrum

analyzers, oscilloscopes, power meter, impedance tester and reliability chambers.

 To ensure that PM activities are carried out as per scheduled and executed effectively.

 To Ensure Gage R&R and calibration of test equipment's.

 Device and test software and hardware troubleshooting.

 To train the Technicians & Shift coordinators and ensure their skill levels are updated.

 Spares maintenance- Effective utilization of SAP for spares maintenance and availability of spare

parts.

 Continues Improvement activities in the production line based on Kaizen inputs.

 Others Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role.

QUALIFICATIONS

 Must have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Electronics. Bachelor’s Degree in electronics

and or Engineering preferred.

 At least 4 Years’ Experience in PCBA Testing.

 Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.

 Knowledge of component identification.

 Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment.

 Ability to read and speak English fluently.

 Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

 Strong verbal/written communication.
