Roofing Sales Representative

Job Overview:

Seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join a dynamic team in their northern NJ office. This role serves Bergen County, Essex County, and Rockland County, NJ and offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth and help promote sustainable energy solutions within the roofing industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for roofing services
• Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and present customized roofing solutions to prospective clients
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business
• Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
• Keep up to date with industry trends, products, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations to customers
• Use CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the roofing, construction, or related industry
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
