- Flexible schedule
Responsibilities Include:
- Advising clients on travel requirements such as passports, visas, and health certificates, and assisting them with the necessary paperwork.
- Booking travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours on behalf of clients, and handling any changes or cancellations that may arise.
- Providing clients with information on local customs, attractions, and cultural events in their chosen destinations, and recommending activities and excursions that may be of interest.
- Negotiating rates and commissions with travel suppliers, and ensuring that clients receive the best value for their money.
- Maintaining accurate records of client bookings and transactions, and providing timely reports and updates to management.
- Must be 18 and live in the U.S
- Travel experience a plus but not necessary
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and time manage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
