Job Title : Entry Level Event Assistant

Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Event Assistant. This position will primarily support our events team in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the events industry and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administrative Support : Provide administrative assistance such as drafting correspondence, managing RSVP lists, and maintaining event databases.
• On-Site Event Support : Assist with on-site event setup, coordination, and execution, ensuring that all details are executed smoothly and according to plan.
• Customer Service : Interact with event attendees, vendors, and stakeholders to provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or issues.
• Collateral Management : Assist in the creation and distribution of event materials such as signage, name tags, and promotional items.
• Post-Event Evaluation : Assist in post-event evaluation efforts, including gathering feedback from attendees and compiling event metrics for analysis.

Requirements :

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
