Job SummaryResponsible for working with the onsite team to manage all daily fitness center operations in order to ensure optimal performance. Interacts with members and program participants to deliver safe, effective, and enjoyable fitness programs and services in accordance with the objectives and policies set forth by Elevation Health. Provides safe, motivating, and effective exercise instruction with excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate others. The duties outlined herein include: planning, administration, logistical preparation, budgeting, marketing & promotions, instruction, and actual execution of the programs.

Duties & Essential Job Functions
- Fitness center management
- Membership enrollment and retention
- Marketing and promotions
- Create & offer Fitness Breaks to be hosted monthly during virtual all employee calls
- Visit other client locations on an as needed basis to help support the overall wellness program
- Maintain and update the Fitness Technology Platform for 9 locations and work with Wellness staff for additional updates on the Wellness platform
- Oversee any group fitness classes, manage additional Fitness staff and provide support when needed
- Coordinate incentive and fitness programming with Fitness & Wellness team
- Manage budget
- Teaches required number of group exercise classes per week as noted in offer letter
- Supervise group exercise program and instructors
- Personal training to be offered to employees within set admin hours
- Assist with any plans and implementation of Health fairs, 5k’s, Fitness events etc.
- Assist with promoting the overall Wellness Program for employees company wide
- Fitness Assessments, Fitness Center & Equipment Orientations, Exercise Prescriptions
- Monthly reporting to client
- Equipment cleaning & maintenance
- Compliance with Centers of Excellence
- Follow all Emergency protocols set forth by client
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Understand, support and promote all in house products to the employees
- Current CPR/AED certification - required
- National personal training certification - required
- Group fitness instruction experience - required
- Group fitness certification - preferred
- BS in Exercise Science or related field - plus
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) - plus
