Product Owner/Manager

Denver CO, onsite

No OPT/H1BT/GC for the role.

Rate: $50-$58/hr. C2C, no flexibility

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Product Management, Marketing, or related fields, or equivalent work experience in leu of a degree
2. experience in digital technology solutions including iOS, android, web, and responsive mobile web 
3. Strong understanding of UI/UX design tools (Figma), design thinking, design sprints, and UX research methodologies.
4. At least 6 to 8 years of product management, product owner or equivalent experience
5. Experience in Agile Process methodology.
6. CSPO or similar certifications preferred.
7. Previous experience in travel space a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

1. Demonstrated understanding of Product Management processes, strategies, and methods
2. Demonstrated understanding of Product owner and Business Analysis processes, strategies, and methods
3. Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.
4. Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and maintaining stakeholder relationships
5. Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
6. Experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles.
8. Knowledge of coding and design best practices a plus
9. Experience in Azure Dev Ops a plus.
10. Experience in adobe software a plus.

Essential Function 

1. Carry out extensive research and analysis to identify requirements and downstream impacts.
2. Analyze, plan and help coordinate the development of requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects.
3. Write, update, and maintain all business requirements ensuring successful delivery for all business Initiatives.
4. Translate business requirements into clear user stories for internal and external scrum teams to implement!
5. Plan, prioritize, and maintain a healthy product backlog that delivers maximum value for the customer while adhering to company strategy.
6. Manage coordinated efforts with UX/UI team to design solutions, and work with stakeholders to determine Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
7. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and business leaders into product iterations, and work with the other business departments as the subject matter expert to solve Commercial Technology initiatives.
8. Participate in the scrum ceremonies, evaluate project/product progress, and communicate status & risks appropriately.
9. Analyze business workflows, suggests improvements, and uncover complexity in stakeholder requests.
10. Hold regular technical and business team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
11. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
