Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
- Drive sales results by delivering a top-notch and elevated customer experience
- Meet and exceed productivity goals through successful negotiation and upselling strategies
- Serve as a product knowledge expert, leading sales interactions with product features and benefits rather than discounts
- Provide professional customer support and address any inquiries

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- An Associate’s Degree is preferred but not required
- 1 year of experience in retail, sales, customer service, or an equivalent entry-level position
