Under the direction of the Director of Residential Services, the Program Manager provides overall management and supervision to their assigned cottage units to include the youth and the staff. The position is a daytime position but does have some on call responsibilities.

Requirements
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field from an accredited college or university is preferred.
Previous supervisory experience required. QP status required.
Two years experience working with the student populations in a residential setting using a behavioral model is preferred.
