Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Guide teams in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to provide updates and gather requirements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Prepare and present project status reports and documentation.

Required Certifications/Education :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Location : Whippany, NJ (Hybrid 4 days a week)

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and change management principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
