Instructional Designer
Must be local to the Atlanta area
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 5 month contract with high possibility of extensions
Rate: $75-$85 hourly
Our industry-leading client is looking for an Instructional Designer that can help in designing and developing performance enhancing training programs and tools for a variety of audiences. You will be responsible for designing and creating new content for internal LMS, SharePoint and Wiki. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MS PowerPoint, Wiki and SharePoint.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Qualifications for the Instructional Designer:
- Strong instructional design experience that is highly proficient in content development for LMS, SharePoint and Wiki
- Proficiency with course authoring software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Photo-editing software, MS PowerPoint, Graphic Design software, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Local to Atlanta, GA and ability to work onsite
- Excellent skills in graphic design and multimedia content creation.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience creating and maintaining training materials such as instructor led workshops, eLearning, virtual learning, videos
- Experience ensuring training materials follow design and development standards, adult learning principles, and regulatory requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to present to stakeholders, SME’s, IT Professionals and leadership
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively and meeting established goals and deadlines
