• Key Technical Skills:

○ AirWatch/Intune

○ Mobile Device Management (MDM) with Microsoft Intune

○ Mobile Phone Support and Triage (iOS)

○ Device Transfer Management

• Key Responsibilities:

○ Utilize AirWatch, ServiceNow CMDB, and Excel spreadsheets to identify historical location information of an asset, who it was assigned to, and any recent usage to determine the current user of the number/device.

○ Call and text phone numbers assigned to assets to establish their current owner and location.

○ Coordinate with users to return unused equipment by providing a prepaid shipping label, following up if equipment is not shipped back, and updating asset records once equipment is received.

○ Keep detailed records of contact attempts made, owner information, location information, etc.

○ Assist users with an MDM migration by helping with backing up data to iTunes via over-the-phone support and walking them through the factory reset process to facilitate the transition from AirWatch to Intune.

○ Identify who has physical devices and confirm the model of devices (roughly 800 in portfolio).

○ Help individuals reset phones and transfer SIM cards to new devices during the transition from AirWatch to Microsoft Intune.

○ Provide some level of mobile phone support and triage.

• Top Skills:

○ Mobile device support with AirWatch and Intune (ideal candidate will have experience with both)

○ Detail-oriented and strong customer service skills

Ramp Up Expectation: Expectation for the first month is 5 days onsite, then move to 3 days onsite
