Eliassen Group is Hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer Near Smithfield, RI
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with our industry-leading client to join us in the design and development of mission critical web applications and financial tools using the latest technology stack in a collaborative and engaging environment. You will partner closely with business, operations & engineering teams to implement next generation technology solutions to transform our operational landscape.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $50 - $60 / hr. w2
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 5 - 8 years of experience building applications using a broad stack of technologies (UI, API, data, etc.) such as Angular, SQL, Java, J2EE stack, Spring/Spring Boot, Azure, SQL, Maven or Ant, Git and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Experience working in agile teams and sound knowledge of agile scrum methodology
- Hands-on experience with API Design & Development and Micro Services Architecture
- Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration and Delivery tools like git, Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy and Stash
- Knowledge of Messaging Technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, SNS, SQS) is desired
- A keen ability to learn and develop expertise in new tools and products
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
