Job Description

Responsibilities of the Systems Engineer:
- Support on-premises and cloud-based virtualized application servers running Windows Server and Linux operating systems
- Use tools like Octopus Deploy, Azure DevOps, and Agile practices to support current technology practices
- Work side by side with other team members throughout infrastructure and cloud product and service organizations
- Participate in mutual understanding and continuously evaluate processes
- Setup/troubleshooting IIS
- Supporting .NET applications
- Windows Server administration/scripting via PowerShell
- Support of configuration management software and updating/developing associated configurations
- Understanding of DevOps concepts and a solution based mindset
- Experience in installing, configuring and supporting COTS applications
- Strong root cause analysis skills
