CBHC Assistant Operations Managers oversee the scheduling, coordination and supervision of relief staff. They are responsible for processing billing and support the CBHC team by triages client phone calls and provides supports to persons served within the CBHC Program. Responsibilities
Assist Operations Manager in Managing daily administrative operations of CBHC including establishing work priorities
Assist in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations
Promote hope and empowerment through meetings and support with individuals. Empower individuals to exercise autonomy in all aspects of their life.
Assist individuals with identifying choices and developing skills in self advocacy
Assist Operations Manager in scheduling relief staff for staffing needs at CBHC. Work collaboratively with all staff to identify scheduling needs of the program.
Triages client phone calls effectively and provides triage supports ensuring adequate client care for all levels of CBHC
Work collaboratively with Operations Manager to identify and solve problems regarding timely and accurate submission of data and billing
Maintain up to date knowledge of insurance regulations to ensure correct data entry of client insurance information and answer any questions clients may have about insurance coverage as it pertains to Eliot services
Ensure all documentation regarding third party billing is complete and accurate within 24 hours. Assist individuals with completing paperwork as needed
Submit all third party reimbursable required documents in a timely fashion. Work cooperatively with the billing staff to ensure collection of third party reimbursable service
Participate in daily Team Huddles and Team Meetings
Complete NOMS assessments and other assessments as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in psychology, social work
3 years experience working with persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses
Must have a strong commitment to mental health recovery.
Must have skills to establish supportive relationships with persons with mental illnesses and respect for their preferences for treatment.
Ability to provide flexible services that are community based and focused on teamwork.
