Responsibilities:

- Perform equipment repairs and maintenance tasks
- Conduct property maintenance activities as needed
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions promptly
- Utilize mechanical skills to weld and plumb when necessary
- Drive a service van to reach client locations
- Maintain accurate records of services provided

Requirements:

- Experience in equipment repair and maintenance
- Proficiency in HVAC/R systems
- Ability to perform field service duties efficiently
- Skilled in mechanical work and welding
- Valid driver's license for van driving responsibilities
- Strong ability to maintain and service various types of equipment

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
