Elite Athletix is Hiring a General Manager Near Beaver, PA

Elite Athletix, a premier multi-sports and event complex, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented General Manager to oversee all aspects of our operations. You will play a key role in propelling Elite Athletix to new heights by developing innovative programs, maximizing facility utilization, and fostering a thriving sports community.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Development & Management:
  • Brainstorm and develop new, engaging sports programs for a variety of ages and skill levels.
  • Collaborate with ownership to refine program ideas, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Create a monetization plan for each program, including pricing strategy and revenue projections.
  • Oversee program execution, ensuring high-quality instruction and a positive participant experience.
  • Trainer Integration & Development:
  • Recruit, hire, and train qualified sports trainers with expertise across various disciplines.
  • Foster a collaborative environment where trainers can share best practices and continuously improve.
  • Ensure trainers effectively utilize the Elite Athletix app for program delivery and communication.
  • Digital Integration & Marketing:
  • Champion the integration of programs with the Elite Athletix mobile app for scheduling, registration, and communication.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute targeted advertising campaigns to reach new audiences.
  • Utilize data analytics to track program performance and guide future marketing efforts.
  • Facility Management & Operations:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the complex, including hiring and training of staff along with ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
  • Develop and manage facility schedules, optimize space utilization for programs and team rentals.
  • Implement cost-saving measures and oversee maintenance & repair processes.
  • Team Rentals & Revenue Generation:
  • Develop strategies to attract team rentals for open facility times outside of scheduled programs.
  • Cultivate relationships with local sports organizations and leagues.
  • Manage team rental bookings and ensure a seamless experience for all participants.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sports management, recreation, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of program development and implementation.
  • Experience in business planning and financial modeling.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with trainers, staff, and customers.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and sports management applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for sports and a desire to create a positive and engaging athletic experience.
