Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front office area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
