As a University Housekeeper, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and conducive to student success.

1st shift 6am-2:30pm

Position - Full - Time Cleaner/housekeeper

Scope of work: Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas; Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; Dust and polish furniture and fixtures; Clean and sanitize restrooms; Empty trash and recycling bins; Restock supplies as needed...Hiring Immediately $18 an hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including classrooms, offices, common areas, and restrooms.
• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste in accordance with university guidelines.
• Restocking supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap as needed.
• Conducting periodic deep cleaning tasks to ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
• Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to prioritize tasks and address any maintenance issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Commitment to upholding cleanliness and safety standards in a university environment.
