Elite Construction Company is Hiring an Office Coordinator Near Lutz, FL

Office Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Research new/old vendors/subcontractors and obtain bids/quotes on price and delivery for services, raw material, parts, tools, etc.
  • Evaluate bids from subcontractors and recommend which bids should be accepted or rejected based on price and contents of services/materials
  • Contact vendor to expedite orders and correct any problems, such as: incorrect shipments, late shipments, emergency shipments or damaged material
  • Develop and maintain strong company/vendor relationships and maintain records on all vendors with their services or materials being provided and costs using Monday Software
  • Prepare reports on project status, including cost and time estimates, equipment lists, labor hours worked, materials used, and issues that may impact completion of the project
  • Scheduling and coordinating work crews to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget requirements
  • Ensuring that subcontractors are qualified and experienced in their fields and that they comply with federal and state regulations regarding worker safety

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

  • Monday to Friday

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
