Job Description: Human Resource Coordinator
Reports To: Director of Human Resources
Assignment Focus: We are seeking a dynamic and detail oriented Human Resource Coordinator to join our team. As a pivotal member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various HR functions. From onboarding to employee relations and benefits administration, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of human resources management.
Primary Responsibilities
· Responsible for onboarding new employees
· Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws
· Generate quarterly reports
· Assist managers with performance review execution and tracking
· Handle administrative tasks related to terminations, unemployment claims, worker’s comp
· Manage yearly open enrollment
· Manage and track employee assets such as computers, iPads, etc.
· Organize corporate events and luncheons
· Responsible for facilities management
· Update policies and procedures as needed to ensure compliance
