Shift: Morning/Opening Shift - 6 AM-12 PM / Weekends as Needed

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated, upbeat individual to join our high-energy team! As a Member Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming Members: Greet and assist members and guests as they enter the fitness center, providing a warm and professional first impression.
• Checking In Members: Efficiently check in members using our software system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Answering Inquiries: Respond to phone calls and in-person inquiries about membership options, class schedules, and general information.
• Processing Payments: Handle membership renewals, personal training sessions, and retail sales accurately and promptly.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the front desk area and lobby are clean, organized, and presentable.
• Handling Issues: Address and resolve any member concerns or issues in a timely and courteous manner, escalating as necessary.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing reservations, and preparing reports as needed.
• Security: Monitor the entrance and exit of the facility, ensuring a secure environment for all members and staff.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must be available to work early mornings, including weekends as needed.
