Elite Home Health, LLC is a growing home health care agency located in Bedford, IN. We are seeking to hire a dedicated Onboarding specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for essential onboarding and administrative tasks.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Initiates the recruiting and hiring process for caregivers
• Perform criminal history, background checks
• Ensure new hires are in compliance with IDOH regulations in relation to tuberculin testing
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Welcome new employees and assist with completing paperwork
• Review and audit new hire paperwork for accuracy
• Communicates professionally within the organization and with external sources (physicians, patients, family members, referral sources, etc.)
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing

Qualifications/Skills:

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in an office environment, preferably with HR exposure in a home health care agency
• Must have knowledge of basic Human Resources functions
• Major challenge is handling multiple priorities timely amidst frequent distractions and interruptions
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
