Elite Home Warranty, a leading provider of home warranties, is seeking an experienced Account Billing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing consumer accounts and ensuring timely payments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be comfortable speaking with consumers regarding past due accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage consumer accounts and ensure timely payments
• Reach out to consumers regarding past due accounts
• Develop and maintain relationships with consumers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Utilize software systems to manage and track accounts
• Collaborate with other departments as necessary

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in account billing or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with software systems used for account management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable making outbound calls to customers regarding past due accounts

This is a full-time position with a pay range of $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, and benefits including paid time off. The role is based in our Brooklyn, NY office, and requires reliable commuting or relocation to the area. Physical Setting:

This position will be based in our Brooklyn, NY office, and you will be working on an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday. Weekend shifts may also be available.

Experience:

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 1 year of experience in account billing or a related field. You should also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
